AFU Defeated Wriggling Frot Reconnaissance Wagner PMC Squad Near Soledar

A Ukrainian drone managed to capture the whole process.

A video was published on the network, which recorded an attempt to reconnoitre a platoon of the Wagnerites in battle. The shot was disastrously unsuccessful.

The information was published on the “Supernova+ War with Russia” Telegram channel.

The mercenaries of Wagner PMC tried to conduct the so-called "reconnaissance in force" on the eastern sector of the frontline. A Ukrainian reconnaissance drone was able to film the entire process, from advancing through dry weeds to the hits of Ukrainian shells.

The first frames of the video show the mercenaries making their way among the bushes somewhere near the front line in the east.

If you look closely, you can count the scouts: there are about 5 of them.

The Ukrainian drone was following the warriors, but not for long, a there was a hit, exploding one metre from the last mercenary.

When the smoke dissipated, it was clear: all the nearest bushes have been demolished, and the enemy fighters were not moving.

When the camera returned to the explosion scene. There was a "lucky one". He was already crawling in the opposite direction.

Unfortunately, two more Wagnerites got into the frame. They were making their way between the bushes.

Commentators who watched the video noted the outstanding camera work of the fighters who led the drones: they filmed the mercenaries from different angles and tracked the slightest movement.

In particular, the last frames of the video show the moment of the explosion, filmed from three different angles. Thanks to this, we can see the area of the scene: a few meters from a rusty, pierced car, standing near a forest.

Later it became known where the events took place and which unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stopped the enemy.

The video shows the successful strikes of the 30th Mechanized Brigade. The events took place near Blagodatny on the Bakhmut direction of the front line.

The OSINT analysts conducted geolocation and found out the coordinates of the area where the Russians made their way: 48.698098, 37.988525.

If you mark a point on the map, it is clear that the occupiers will advance near Blagodatny - they were sneaking along the fields.

The distance that the mercenaries tried to advance was about 2 km to the west.

The message with the video does not indicate when it was filmed. As of January 7, Blagodatnoye, the neighbouring city of Soledar, is designated as occupied by the Russian army.
