Military Expert: NATO Going To Apply Article 5 In Response To Lukashenka's Insanity Act

The collapse of Lukashenka and Putin's regime will end with an attempt to attack the territory of one of the NATO countries, military expert Oleksandr Kovalenko said in an interview with Espreso.TV.

The expert assured that this is an act of madness, which the head of the Kremlin is unlikely to commit, because the Alliance is forced to respond to the attack and will deliver a crushing blow to Russia.

The military expert responded to a question about Putin's possible intentions to cross the Polish border from the territory of Belarus with the help of the Wagner forces: "What happens next? Will they march towards Warsaw? Of course not. If NATO applies Article 5 of collective security, it will be the end of the Lukashenka and Putin regimes."

"I'll say more than that, even if PMC Wagner starts some kind of hybrid operation and enters the territory of Poland, as Russian pseudo-experts were saying, that they can break through the Suwałki Gap or, as Lukashenka said, we'll attack Rzeszów, then just think of how they were going to attack Bakhmut. They failed to capture it for 10 months, they lost tens of thousands of their personnel killed, wounded and captured, and now the question arises: will they attack Poland?" said the expert.

Oleksandr Kovalenko reminded that today the Polish army ranks second in Europe after the British army. This means that they have the forces and means to suppress instantly any attempts to invade their territory even without NATO.
