Explosions Heard, Fire Breaks Out Near Ostankinskaya TV Tower in Moscow

Local residents report about the attack of drones.

In the evening of Tuesday, September 12, explosions were heard in the Russian capital Moscow, which were traditionally called "bangs" there. After them, smoke rose into the sky above the place.

Also local residents saw flashes of fire, a fire arose near the Ostankinskaya TV tower. They published the corresponding footage in social networks, Ukrainian media reports.

"You can see smoke and hear crackling", "Heard explosions, then flashes of fire, smoke were seen. Now the fire trucks are coming up," said eyewitnesses.

Later they wrote in the network that drones were seen in the north of Moscow.

Rescuers have already arrived at the scene of the emergency. It is reported that the fire broke out in the north-east of Moscow near the Vladykino metro station.

It should be noted that the Ostankinskaya TV tower is located near the place of fire.
