Prisoners From 'Storm Z' Rebel, Presenting Conditions To Putin

Russian prisoners from the Storm Z PMC recorded an appeal to the head of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin. They complained that upon returning to the Russian Federation from the war in Ukraine, they did not receive the promised salaries, or “veteran” certificates, or anything that was promised during recruitment.

The corresponding video was published by the Astra Telegram channel.

The military complained of “injustice,” in particular in the Oryol region, where they live, but said that the same situation exists in other regions.

“All my guys, including me, have problems with processing all the documents, combat veteran certificates, obtaining additional social guarantees, payments of 3 million according to Decree of the President of the Russian Federation #98,” noted the commander of Russian prisoners.

“When we were invited to this formation, we were promised salaries of 205 thousand, but it was half that. The combatant money amounted to just 75 thousand,” the occupier complained.

He assured that all his subordinates “selflessly defended the interests of the Russian Federation”; each was seriously wounded. However, it seems that the leadership of the Russian Federation, both locally and in the Kremlin, is simply indifferent to the rights of the “consumables” that these prisoners are.
