NATO Secretary General Gives Positive Forecast Regarding War In Ukraine

The conditions for its implementation are named.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg expressed confidence that Kharkiv will withstand the Russian summer offensive, and Ukraine has a chance to win the war against the aggressor country Russia.

According to Stoltenberg, it is now clear that Russia has not been able to make a single big breakthrough. He stated this in an interview with Radio Svoboda.

He noted that the meeting with the foreign ministers of NATO member countries, which took place on May 30-31 in Prague, added to his greater confidence that the Alliance's allies are ready to support Ukraine to defeat and stop the Russian invaders.

Stoltenberg noted that wars are unpredictable by nature, but the Russian Federation was unable to achieve any major breakthrough at the front.

“But what we have seen now is that Russia has not been able to make a single big breakthrough. Its forces achieved minor territorial gains, but paid a very high price. And now weapons and ammunition are coming from NATO allies. Therefore, I am confident that Ukraine can absolutely win,” said the NATO Secretary General.
