Aliaksandr Lukashenka, during his speech at the parade on July 3 in Minsk, continued to develop the topic of “tension on the border with Ukraine”. According to him, “Belarusians are already calling military registration and enlistment offices in their thousands to get into the army.”

Last week, the State Border Committee stated that “the Ukrainian side is building up forces at the Belarusian border.”
