The dictator complained that he couldn't reach an agreement with his neighbors.
Lukashenko has once again begun to intimidate his Western neighbors. During a trip to the Minsk region on October 12, he stated that economic cooperation with Poland, Lithuania, and Latvia could help “avoid war.” At the same time, he lamented that an agreement has not yet been reached.
