Today, October 8, the National Bank’s ticket offices will begin selling bimetallic commemorative coins from the “History of Belarusian Machine Building” series. The coins feature a truck, a combine harvester, a dump truck, a tractor, a trolleybus, and a tractor-trailer.
The coins are minted from steel coated with copper, brass, and nickel. The 2-ruble coins have a diameter of 23.5 mm. They were manufactured in Russia, with a mintage of 25,000 pieces for each coin.

A set of six coins in blister packaging costs 75 rubles; a single coin costs 14 rubles. The coins were put into circulation on December 31 of last year and can be used to pay for purchases in stores.
