Russian Troops Face A Critical Shortage Of Gunboats

And they will not be able to attack in the Kherson region.

Russian occupiers in the Dnieper Delta in the Kherson region are experiencing a critical shortage of boats, making it impossible for the enemy army to advance.

The occupiers who are stuck on the islands are effectively cut off from the rest, the Ukrainian guerrilla movement "Atesh" reported.

"The Russian Armed Forces cannot advance in the Dnieper delta in the Kherson region due to a critical shortage of boats," the report said.

Atesh specified that their agent from units of the 70th Motorized Rifle Division of the 18th All-Russian Army reported about the growing crisis with watercraft.

He said that there are almost no speedboats left on the islands of the Dnieper Delta near Kherson, because Ukrainian drones are methodically knocking them out one after another, and there is no replenishment.

"The command pretends that everything is under control. In reality, there are almost no boats left, and every trip out on the water is now a lottery," the Atesh agent noted.

The guerrillas emphasized that this way the islands remain cut off from the Russians.

"The transfer of personnel and ammunition through the straits has become a daily risk without insurance - no cover, no reserve. Rotations are stalled, supplies are disrupted. Those who are stuck at their positions are waiting weeks for a shift," Atesh said.

They also added that some of the surviving boats are out of service for reasons that the Russian command does not publicize, writing them off as wear and tear and poor maintenance, which also reduces their number on the balance of the enemy army.
