The occupiers didn't make it.
Every day the Ukrainian military destroys the enemy's manpower and equipment. This time drone pilots of the Apachi unmanned systems battalion of the 81st Aeromobile Slobozhanska Brigade managed to thwart a Russian assault in the Slavyansk direction.
This was reported by battalion commander Alexander Denisov. According to him, the enemy used motorcycles for the assault.
What's known
He said it was the biggest assault of 2026, as 16 motorcycles went on the attack.
"We worked all day, the drones were running out, and then it starts: there's three, there's two, from different directions.... We took out the reserve and started hitting them," Denisov explained.

The serviceman added that auxiliary units were also involved in repelling the assault. With a united force, the attack was stopped.
"Every motorcycle was destroyed, every enemy was killed. They didn't make it," Denisov summarized, adding that nine motorcyclists were destroyed on the approaches, and 12 occupants .

Reminder, earlier the Ukrainian military showed how to destroy Russian FPV drones armed with shotguns. The approach has already begun to be used by drone pilots of the UAV brigade "Posipaki".
