Elma Technopark Goes Up In Flames In Moscow After Drone Strike

Drones have struck one of the Russian capital's key technology hubs.

On the night of May 17, residents of Moscow and the region reported a large number of explosions. Fires broke out in one of Moscow's districts, Zelenograd.

According to ASTRA footage analyzed by eyewitnesses, one of the fires broke out in the local Elma Technopark. The footage shows fires and thick smoke.

According to the technopark's website, "the main activities of the resident enterprises of the technopark "ELMA-ZELENOGRAD" are: production of electronic equipment, production of control and measuring devices, optical equipment, processing of various materials, research and development activities, information technology, production of consumer goods".
