Political prisoner journalist Cyril Pazniak has been hospitalized in the pre-trial detention center in Kolyadichi.

"My ex-husband, journalist Cyril Pazniak, is in a serious condition in the hospital at pre-trial detention center-1. With neglected consequences of pneumonia and covitis, which he caught in the detention center on Okrestina 8 months ago. The right to health care is a basic human right. Kiril Poznyak was detained on September 4, 2025. At that time, the KGB declared the YouTube channel "Platform 375" an "extremist formation" and called the journalist an "organizer" of this "formation." His daughter Yanina was also detained.
