In Taganrog, the attack could have occurred on the territory of an aircraft maintenance and repair facility. This is reported by OSINT-channels, which examined footage of the aftermath of the shelling circulating online.

"Taganrog, tentatively, the attack and the flare occurred on the territory of an aircraft maintenance and repair facility," the analysts wrote.

According to the network, the attack on Taganrog was allegedly carried out by at least two missiles. However, there was no official data on the shelling at the time of publication.

Attack on Voronezh

In addition to Taganrog, explosions and hits were reported in the Russian city of Voronezh around the same time in the morning. Before that, an air alert was declared in the region due to a missile and drone threat.

Monitoring channels report that black smoke also rose in Voronezh after the explosions. According to preliminary reports, the attack may have hit an airfield or the Russian Air Force's Baltimore airbase.
