As reported by the telegram channel "Vitebsk, I'm walking!", in the database of dead war participants, maintained by "Mediazona," a record of Alexander Lugovsky, born on December 19, 1990, was found.
The card indicates that he was listed as a "foreigner" and a PMC participant. It is reported that Lugovski died on December 18, 2022 - a day before his 31st birthday.
