The Russian ruler called the "main condition".
Russian dictator Putin has declared his "readiness to hold a meeting" with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky not only in Moscow, but also on the territory of a third state. He called the signing of a final agreement the main condition, the Russian media reported.
The Russian dictator said that a meeting on neutral territory is allegedly possible only if specific agreements are reached.
"It is also possible to meet in a third country, but only when final agreements are reached for a long historical perspective," Putin emphasized.
At the same time, he added that the Kremlin has allegedly never refused personal contacts.
