According to him, Russia is now in a weak position. Therefore, Ukraine's call to world leaders today is clear - while the aggressor country is the most weakened since the beginning of 2022, it is necessary to finish it on the international, diplomatic fronts.

Paralyze the enemy's logistics 100% will not be possible
