Spectacular video.
Ukrainian project "General Cherry" and STRIX company have developed the latest interceptor drones to combat Shahed jets. The parties signed an agreement on strategic cooperation in defense tech, artificial intelligence (AI) and technologies for the modern battlefield.
Video of successful tests of the new weapon is published by the project's Facebook page.
As noted in the description to the video, the General Cherry BULLET line of interceptors is based on the kinetic gas pedal from STRIX, which was successfully tested a year ago.
The main task of this technological synergy is to scale the countermeasures against enemy strike UAVs.
The new development is designed to effectively destroy absolutely all modifications of the Shahed, including the ultra-complex Geran-4 jet version.
The team of the project "General Cherry" notes that the emergence of reactive modifications of "Shahed" creates a fundamentally new level of threat to the Ukrainian sky.
The developers explain: thanks to the updated engine, such drones are able to reach speeds of up to 600 km / h. This is much faster than classic Shahed-136, so it is much more difficult to shoot them down with standard means.
To eliminate such high-speed aerial targets Ukrainian manufacturers are creating their newest interceptors.
It should be noted that General Cherry is one of the largest manufacturers of FPV-drones in Ukraine.
The company's flagship products are interceptors, in particular the anti-shahid "General Cherry BULLET", created in close cooperation with military units of the front.
Another famous flagship of the company is "General Cherry AIR", which is already used by more than 100 combat brigades of the AFU.
The account of this drone - tens of thousands of shootdowns of enemy aerial targets, including: "Lightnings", "Lancets", "Eagles", "Gerbers", "Italmas", Supercam, Zala and others.
The effective work of these interceptors in the sky means thousands of saved lives of Ukrainian soldiers, saved combat positions, logistical routes and military equipment.
