During a friendly match between the national teams of Denmark and Ukraine, a gruesome episode occurred, writes New Voice.
In the second half in the 65th minute, Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen suddenly grabbed his chest and fell to the lawn.
Players from both teams immediately surrounded Eriksen, and medical staff promptly came onto the field and helped the player. The game was suspended due to the incident.
Fans in the stands at Odense Stadium began chanting Eriksen's name in support of the player.
The player later regained consciousness, but the game was decided not to continue. At the moment of stoppage time Denmark led 2:1.

In the 44th minute Mikolenko unleashed an attack, Yaremchuk failed to realize the moment, but Tsygankov took advantage of a defensive error and sent the ball into an empty net. After that, the hosts had another goal, but Yaremchuk's goal was canceled due to offside.
