On the night of July 30, drones attacked the Russian city of Penza. Online reports indicate that the attack hit a Wildberries warehouse that was on duty.
A fire broke out at the facility following a series of explosions. OSINT channels reported the attack early this morning.
“In Penza, drones struck the 90,000-square-meter Wildberries sorting center. A massive fire broke out at the site,” analysts report.
Footage of the attack has also appeared online. The videos and photos show thick black smoke rising from the site.
Local authorities have confirmed the attack on Penza. Russian media report that, according to the region’s governor, at least 200 employees were evacuated due to the threat.
“According to preliminary data, there is one casualty. Ambulances, firefighters, and Emergency Situations Ministry personnel, as well as law enforcement officers, quickly arrived at the scene. An open fire is burning on the warehouse grounds, and firefighters are battling the blaze,” the governor said, describing the aftermath of the attack.
The company’s press office stated that the logistics chains have been reorganized, and the receipt of shipments and shipment of orders are now being carried out at other facilities. However, no further details about the attack were disclosed.
