Russia's Supreme Court Has Disqualified The Yabloko Party From The State Duma Elections

Russian Supreme Court Justice Vyacheslav Kirillov granted the lawsuit filed by the “Rodina” party. Yabloko stated that it would appeal this decision, according to “Meduza”.

During the court proceedings, a representative of the Central Election Commission also cited information from Rosfinmonitoring alleging that “Yabloko” had received funding from abroad.

The party itself explained that these funds came from the sale of foreign stocks. According to Yabloko representatives, the party owned such assets and was required by law to dispose of them before the election.
