Putin Spoke About Preparations For The Return Of Troops From The War Against Ukraine

The dictator of the Russian Federation stated that they would return “with healthy ambitions.”

Vladimir Putin spoke during a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects on August 19 about the return of Russians from the so-called “special military operation,” which Russia refers to as the war against Ukraine. The video was published by Russian propagandists at “RIA Novosti.”

“One question that will arise is the issue of bringing our boys back from the front lines after the end of the special military operation. There are many people who need to be employed; they will return with healthy ambitions—this is a serious undertaking that requires advance preparation,” Putin said.

According to TASS propagandists, he spoke about the return of the occupiers in the context of the need to “resolve issues related to the special military operation.” He called the latter a key task and urged preparations.

Also during the meeting, Putin acknowledged the damage caused by Ukraine’s attacks on facilities that finance the Kremlin’s war machine.
