Lukashenko Presented Orders To The Russian Prime Minister And His First Deputy

The Order is the highest honor awarded to foreign nationals.
Alexander Lukashenko awarded the Order of Friendship of Peoples to Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and his first deputy Denis Manturov. This was reported by the press service of the Belarusian dictator.
Mishustin was honored for his “significant personal contribution to strengthening friendly relations and cooperation between Belarus and Russia.”
Denis Manturov received the order for his “significant personal contribution to the development of trade and economic relations, industrial and military-technical cooperation between the two countries, and the strengthening of the technological sovereignty of the ‘Union State.’”
The Order of Friendship of Peoples is Belarus’s highest award for foreign citizens. It is awarded for “efforts to strengthen peace, friendly relations, and cooperation between states; the rapprochement and mutual enrichment of national cultures; and outstanding achievements in international public, humanitarian, and charitable activities.”
