The condition of former U.S. President Joe Biden has worsened. His prostate cancer has spread to his bones and other parts of his body.

The son of the former U.S. president Hunter Biden revealed this in an interview with the BBC.

“The cancer has spread; it has metastasized to his bones and beyond. It’s very painful. And in many ways, it’s really weakening him. But he’s still on his feet; he’s still going about his business. And he has such faith in this country,” Hunter Biden said.

He did not specify which organs are affected, but described watching the disease progress as “very sad.”

At the same time, he said, Joe Biden rarely complains about how he’s feeling.

“The only thing I’ll say about Dad and his health right now is that I wish he’d complain more,” Hunter Biden said.

The former president’s son noted that his father remains the center of their family and called him the best father, husband, and grandfather.
