Downtown Minsk Lost Power

A power line failure occurred in the Sovetsky District.

Apartments in buildings on Krasnaya, Zolotaya Gorka, Kommunisticheskaya, Kiseleva, and Kozlova Streets, Khoruzhey, and on Nezavisimosti Avenue, there is no electricity, according to "Minsk-Novosti".

Authorities have promised to resolve the issue by 5:00 p.m.

As reported by the website Charter97.org, some buildings on Zolotaya Gorka still had no electricity at the time this article was written.
