A Massive Collection Of 300 Classic Cars Will Be Sold At Auction

An extensive collection of vintage cars has been put up for auction in the U.S. Some of them are being sold for a nominal amount.

The collection consists of three hundred cars that were gathered over several decades. This was reported by the website Carscoops.

The collection of classic cars was assembled by the Born family from Colorado. The grandson of the collection’s founder, Doug Born, recently passed away, and his family decided to sell the cars.

The vast majority of the 300 cars are American-made models. Among them are true “veterans,” such as a 1912 Ford Model T.

In addition, the collection includes several 1930s Ford V8s in various configurations, as well as vintage Chevrolets and Plymouths. There are also powerful muscle cars from the 1960s and 1970s—Chevrolet Bel Air, Mercury Comet, Oldsmobile 98, and Pontiac Firebird. The Born family has also collected a huge number of vintage pickup trucks and trucks of various model years and makes.

The condition of the vehicles varies. Some have undergone thorough restoration and look perfect, while others require repair. Some cars have turned into piles of rusty metal, so they’re being sold at a symbolic starting price—as low as 50 cents.
