Vilnius Airport was closed overnight due to a hybrid attack from Belarus.

“At 11:25 p.m., restrictions were imposed on the airspace above Vilnius Airport in connection with a hybrid attack by Belarus against Lithuania, civil aviation, and the public. Navigation signals characteristic of balloons were detected in areas hazardous to aviation. Vilnius Airport resumed operations at 02:40 after the airspace restrictions were lifted,” the airport said in a statement.
