According to Zelenskyy, the issue of licenses was discussed during his last meeting with the U.S. president. The Ukrainian leader stated that the parties had reached specific agreements.

“Trump emphasized this during our last meeting; there are specific agreements and progress,” the Ukrainian president said.

Zelenskyy also told reporters that the U.S. leader confirmed his final decision to grant Ukraine the relevant licenses.

“There are specific agreements. Trump emphasized during our last meeting that: yes, I have made a final decision—Ukraine will receive the licenses to manufacture Patriot missiles,” Zelenskyy noted.
