U.S. Helsinki Commission: Zeltser's release from Belarusian prison is matter of life and death

The chairman of the U.S. Helsinki Commission, Senator Benjamin L. Cardin, in his address to the Congress called upon the Belarusian authorities to release the U.S. lawyer Emanuel Zeltser from the prison as soon as possible.
