Why?

The Agusta-Westland AW-139 helicopter with the government tail number EW-001PH, which Lukashenka is likely to use in the near future, flew from Minsk to Homel for three days in a row, Belsat reports.

This is evidenced by the data from flightradar24.com. The flights took place on April 11, 12 and 13.

Perhaps the helicopter is being tested before the flight with the president aboard.

The first training flight of the Agusta-Westland AW-139 took place in the Minsk airport on March 30, 2019.

The cost of this helicopter model is at least $ 12 million.
