Absolutbank Subject To U.S. Sanctions Stopped Its Operations With Dollars

The bank will no longer serve VISA cards and Western Union transfers.

Absolutbank, put under the U.S. sanctions, stops servicing VISA cards and making currency transfers, including Western Union.

The corresponding message has appeared on the bank's website. The bank stops:

- money transfers (including without opening accounts) in foreign currencies, except for transfers in Russian rubles and transfers to accounts at resident banks;

- issue and servicing of bank cards of the VISA international payment system

- sending and delivery of transfers in the Western Union international payment system.
