Brest Paratroopers To Cross River, Located Near Border With Ukraine

Lukashenka continues his saber-rattling.

On Saturday, June 4, a control tactical exercise will be held in Pinsk, which will be conducted by a unit of the 38th Brest Separate Air Assault Brigade.

The paratroopers are going to cross Pina on armored personnel carriers, and also raft along it. The lesson will take place right on the embankment within Pinsk.

“On June 4, a control tactical exercise will take place — the military will work out the actions of the landing units to overcome the water barrier. Several dozen military cars and vehicles will advance for a forced march, force the Pina River and swim in the water area right along the city embankment,” the Pinsk regional executive committee said.

The Pinsk region borders on the Rivne region of Ukraine. 65 km south of Pinsk is the international border crossing Verkhniy Terebezhov — Gorodishche.
