The official journal of the European Union published the decisions of the European Council related to the expansion of sanctions against Belarus and taken within the framework of the sixth package of restrictions imposed due to Russia's attack on Ukraine.
As the press-center of the European Council reported earlier, Belinvestbank will be disconnected from SWIFT.
Sanctions were also imposed on 12 individuals and eight legal entities.
The sanctions list includes:
CEC Chairman Ihar Karpenka,
sons of Aliaksei Aleksin Dzmitry and Vital,
Bogoljub Karic,
Andrel Sych,
Dzianis Mikushau,
Mikalai Dolya,
Andrei Parshyn,
propagandists Ihar Tur, Lyudmila Hladkaya, Ryhor Azaronak,,
General Director of Belaruskali Ivan Halavaty.
Sanctions are also being imposed on Belaruskali, Belarusian Potash Company, Inter-Tobacco, Naftan, Neman Grodno Tobacco Factory, Beltamozhservis, Belkommunmash, and Belteleradiocompany.
