Ukraine Deploys Mobile Air Defence Groups Near Belarusian Border

They are using Western weapons.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are forming new air defence groups on the border with Belarus using Western weapons, said the commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Serhiy Naev.

Naev wrote on Telegram that there is “the formation and preparation of new mobile air defense fire groups in the Northern Operational Zone”. This becomes possible “thanks to new modern foreign-made weapons coming from the partner.”

Such groups are equipped with anti-aircraft machine gun installations.

Previously, Naev repeatedly reported on strengthening the border with Belarus.
