There is an opinion that Aliaksandr Lukashenka wants to play some big role in the events taking place around him, so he is clearly trying to offer something to be heard. On the one hand, he proposes to take all nuclear weapons and destroy them, and on the other hand, he is ready to place them right at the borders of NATO.
