The 90s are coming back. The Chechens and traitors are coming back, the Witnesses who are not Jehovah's are coming back, Berezovsky and his lawyers are coming back, even Kashpirovsky is coming back.

It's not so much the spirit of the 90s — it's dead — more like a whiff: nasty, sweetish, stinky.
