Relay Stations For Russian Drones Continue To Operate In Belarus

Transmitters that amplify the signal for Russian drones attacking Ukraine continue to be detected on Belarusian territory. At the same time, no buildup of Russian forces toward the Ukrainian border has been observed.

This was reported by the press secretary of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Andriy Demchenko in a comment “Ukrinform”.

“Everyone is particularly concerned about a possible buildup of forces on Belarusian territory toward our border, but fortunately, this is not happening.”

According to Demchenko, Ukrainian intelligence continues to monitor the situation in Belarus, which supports Russia.

The operation of relay stations on Belarusian territory remains a threat to Ukraine. Demchenko explained that these technical devices amplify the signal for Russian drones.

“Unfortunately, their operation continues to be detected. This doesn’t necessarily mean that the relay station is active there around the clock, but we are observing periodic changes in the locations where they are activated.”

The State Border Service spokesperson added that Belarus continues to assist Russia in this way in carrying out strikes against Ukraine.
