Putin: You Can't Understand Russia With Your Mind

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin quoted the poet Fyodor Tyutchev during an awards ceremony for teachers who had raised the “heroes of the special military operation.” TASS drew attention to this.

“Thanks to people like you, we absorbed from school—as the saying goes, almost with our mother’s milk—that ‘Russia cannot be understood with the mind, nor measured by a common yardstick: she has a special nature—one can only believe in Russia,’” said the dictator of the Russian Federation.

He noted that this is instilled in the minds of children and adolescents for life and ultimately forms the basis of their worldview.
