Is that a fair price?
A woman from Minsk shared a receipt on Threads for the extraction of two teeth. According to the document, she had to pay more than 580 rubles for the procedure.
“Minsk, is this a reasonable price for having two teeth extracted?” she asked. “Can anyone recommend a dental clinic in Minsk with reasonable prices?”

Social media users advised the author of the post to go to public clinics. The website Charter97.org features some comments:
— If it’s not urgent, it’s better not to go to private clinics; prices are sky-high everywhere there.
— The surgeons at the free clinics are even better than those at the private ones. They’ve got plenty of experience.
— Well, that’s the thing about private healthcare—you have to pay for it. Go to a public clinic and get it done for free. There’s always a choice!
— Go to Dental Clinic No. 11 in Minsk; the dentist there is excellent—she removed a very complicated wisdom tooth in five minutes for 90 rubles. But at a private clinic, they charged me 310 rubles for the same thing and struggled with it for 45 minutes—they couldn’t even get it out.
Some users compared prices for dental services in Belarus and EU countries:
— That’s no joke! In Italy, having one tooth extracted with the same services costs 70–90 euros.
— European prices, Belarusian salaries. How is that possible?
