One Of The Versions Of The Terrorist Attack In Kiev, Organized By A Native Of Moscow, Has Been Named

On social media, the shooter wrote all sorts of strange things.

One of the versions of the terrorist attack in Kiev on April 18 is a domestic conflict that could have led to the attacker's disruption. However, the final conclusions will be made after expert examinations.

The head of the National Police Ivan Vygovsky told RBC-Ukraine in an interview.

He said that in such proceedings a comprehensive psychological and psychiatric examination is usually appointed, which can be carried out even posthumously.

"But now we see that he was, let's say, an unrealized man. According to the statements that came from him, he demanded respect, wanted to be treated in a special way. He repeats several times on the recordings that he was hit," - explained Vygovsky.

Also, according to the head of the National police, the man had previously published pro-Russian statements in social networks.

"He had a page "Bakhmut VDV" in social networks, he wrote there various strange things. Mol, Hitler was right, everyone should be burned and so on. These messages were back in 2017, but nevertheless, it characterizes him as a person," he noted.

But Vygovsky noted that these views were not necessarily the cause of the tragedy.

"Specifically in this case I would not say so, it should be investigated. I'm more inclined to the fact that he had a domestic conflict and that's why he snapped," he concluded.

We will recall that on April 18, an armed man opened fire in the Goloseevsky district of Kiev, killing seven people.

After that, the attacker barricaded himself in a supermarket with hostages, but negotiations failed - he was liquidated. It is known that it was a local resident born in 1968, born in Moscow.
