Iran's Foreign Ministry Responds To Trump's Words Of Victory

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, who traveled to Russia, responded to US President Donald Trump's words about winning the war. The minister's statement was published by IS Vesti propagandist Pavel Zarubin.

"Then why did he offer negotiations?" - Araghchi said, smiling.
