Russia's Orsk And Perm Shudder From Explosions

Drones attacked two Russian cities - Orsk and Perm. An oil refinery and a facility of an oil pipeline company were under attack.

According to RBC-Ukraine, the attacks became known from local authorities, OSINT analysis and publications in social networks.

Orsk: strike on refinery 1400 kilometers from Ukraine

In the morning in Orsk, drones attacked a local oil refinery. The distance from the city to the border with Ukraine is more than 1,400 kilometers.

Details about the consequences of the attack are still being specified.

OSINT experts from ASTRA have confirmed the hit on the Orsknefteorgsintez refinery.

This is one of Russia's largest oil refineries. It refines about 6 million tons of oil a year.

The mayor of the city Artyom Vorobyev confirmed the attack and urged locals to stay off the streets.

Perm: fire at Transneft facility

Drones have reached Perm. Local authorities have confirmed an attack on one of the industrial sites - there was a fire.

Social networks write that the facility of the oil pipeline company "Transneft" is on fire.

The governor of the Perm region Dmitry Makhonin confirmed the attack.

"Today an enemy drone fell on one of the industrial sites in the Perm municipal district. The evacuation of workers has been carried out. There were no casualties. There was a fire at the site," he said.
