Ukrainian partisans have established interesting facts.
The command of the Russian Armed Forces has decided to transfer some specialists of the Black Sea Fleet to the newly created troops of unmanned systems because of the fleet losses and lack of personnel. It is, in particular, about the personnel of the 475th separate center of electronic warfare.
This was reported in the guerrilla movement "ATESH" with reference to its agent in the 475th separate center of electronic warfare of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
According to the movement, the Russian command believes that this way it will be able to "more effectively use" personnel after the fleet's numerous losses in the Black Sea.
Atesh also said that the possible dismissal of Black Sea Fleet commander Admiral Sergei Pinchuk is openly discussed among the Russian military. According to the movement's agent, his inability to protect ships and coastal bases has already "gone beyond an internal topic."
"This is being discussed openly, no longer in whispers - everyone understands that he is failing," the ATESH agent relayed.
The movement added that the outflow of personnel from the fleet amid management problems indicates the loss of combat effectiveness of the Russian Navy after a series of losses in the Black Sea. All the information gathered, according to ATESH, was passed on to the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
