A settlement in the Kharkiv region is cleared of occupants.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces as a result of a counterattack knocked out Russian occupants from the village of Otradnoye in Kharkiv region and returned it under their full control.
The 129th separate heavy mechanized brigade of the AFU reported this in Facebook.

According to the 129th Heavy Mechanized Brigade, assault units, UAV operators and artillery were engaged to clear the village of Otradnoye in the Dvurechansk district of Kharkiv region from Russian occupants.
As a result of coordinated actions, Ukrainian fighters completely cleared the village of the enemy and established control over it. They also established control over the surrounding area.
A total of 22 square kilometers of Kharkiv region were liberated from the occupants. The enemy losses amounted to 56 people.
The village of Otradnoye belongs to the South Slobozhansky direction of the front. According to the AFU General Staff, yesterday, May 14, Russian occupants stormed AFU positions 14 times on this section of the front. Ukrainian fighters repulsed all attacks. The fighting took place in the areas of Volchanskie Khutora, Liman, Staritsa, as well as towards Ternove, Radkovka and Izbitskoye. On the neighboring North Slobozhansky and Kursk directions the situation is less tense. According to the AFU General Staff, the Russians attacked AFU positions there three times on May 14. The Ukrainian defenders repulsed all attacks.
