Russian media reported that polymer products on the territory of the production site are burning. The area of the fire is more than 6 thousand square meters. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan said that 70 people are involved in extinguishing the fire in Naberezhnye Chelny. In addition, 23 units of special equipment are involved in extinguishing the fire.
The residents of Naberezhnye Chelny claim that the fire started at night in a warehouse with plastic and paint products near the village of HPP.
