Russians are unhappy that there is no end in sight to the war.

Ukraine and Russia must begin genuine negotiations to end the war. Even Russians are dissatisfied that the fighting continues.

This was reported by Charter97.org citing an evening address by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

“A majority in Russia is already criticizing Putin (Russian dictator Vladimir Putin—ed.) for the fact that his war shows no sign of ending, and all the current hardships faced by Russians should lead them to realize that this is their war, and that it’s not just rocks falling from the sky, and that their war must end,” the Ukrainian president emphasized.

He noted that Ukraine has already put forward all the proposals necessary to begin real negotiations with Russia.

Incidentally, negotiations between Ukraine and Russia were suspended this year. Moscow refused to continue the dialogue. At the same time, Putin does not want to meet with Zelenskyy.
