An Officer Of The Ukrainian Defense Forces Issued A Harsh Statement Directed At The Russian Elite

Russia has no future.

Instead of peace, Moscow has chosen to continue the war of attrition. This was stated Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and an officer of the Ukrainian Armed Forces .

According to him, the Russian elite should understand that this war will only exacerbate the situation for them, so it is worth changing the government in Russia and starting a dialogue about peace.

“It is Russia that has chosen to continue the war instead of pursuing peace; it is Moscow that wants to wage a war of attrition; and it is Putin who, blinded by hatred and the ideas of Kirienko and Gerasimov, can no longer see anything but war. We will hold out, but the Russian elite must understand: for them, this war will only make matters worse. We must remove Putin, change the regime, and engage in a dialogue about peace. “With Putin, Russia in its current form will have no future,” Andrei Kovalenko stated.

He also advised Russian citizens of draft age to leave the country by September, as a full-scale mobilization may begin in Russia.
