The vessel was struck in the port of Dumyat.

A floating liquefied natural gas storage facility flying the Marshall Islands flag and owned by an American company was struck by a drone in the Egyptian port of Damietta, Reuters reports.

According to the British company Ambrey, which specializes in maritime security, at least one UAV struck the vessel. No information has been provided regarding casualties or the extent of the damage. The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
