A labor shortage?

Nadezhda Kotkovets has been appointed as Lukashenko’s assistant—inspector for the Mogilev Region.

Kotkovets had recently been retired but was engaged in academic work.

Nadezhda Kotkovets began her career in the Shklov District, at the “Gorodets” state farm, where Lukashenko also worked. She later became a civil servant, rising in 2013 to the position of deputy chief of staff to Lukashenko (a position she held until 2017). Kotkovets then became chair of the supervisory board of Paritetbank, and from late 2017 worked at the Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation. In recent years (2022–2023), she worked at regional branches of the Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation (BNBC).

Also, Dmitry Reutsky became Lukashenko’s assistant and inspector for Minsk.

In addition, new leaders were appointed in the Shklov and Bobruisk districts.

Mikhail Kritsky has become the new chairman of the Shklov District Executive Committee. He will move there from his position as head of the Bobruisk District Executive Committee, which will now be led by Alexander Kavranin. Prior to this, he served as first deputy chairman—head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Bobruisk District Executive Committee.
