Belarusians Have Been Warned That Real Fall Is Coming

Weather forecaster Dmitry Ryabov, speaking on ONT, warned Belarusians that true fall weather would begin during the week of September 21–27.
The weather during the last full week of September will be changeable. The meteorologist warned Belarusians to expect rain, cloudy skies, and gusty winds.
“In the third ten-day period of September, the average temperature is expected to be slightly below the climatological norm,” the meteorologist said.
Cyclonic vortices will be the cause of the unstable and uncomfortable weather, and they will also bring cooler temperatures:
“You’ll need umbrellas and warm clothes.”
On Monday, September 21, stormy atmospheric fronts will move into the country. Throughout the day, it will be cloudy with some sunny intervals, and rain is expected in nearly all regions. Overnight temperatures will range from +7 to +14 degrees, and daytime highs will range from +12 in the northwest to +17 in the south.
On Tuesday, September 22, a stormy southern cyclone will move into Belarus, with its center located over the central regions of neighboring Russia. Rain is expected, along with gusty northwesterly winds and high humidity of up to 90%. Nights will become colder—ranging from +5 to +11 degrees—while daytime temperatures will range from +10 in the Vitebsk region to +17 in the Gomel region.
On Wednesday, September 23, inclement weather will persist as another southern cyclone moves in. Its center will shift to the southeastern part of Belarus. Throughout the day, it will be cloudy with rain, and in some places, there will be downpours and thunderstorms. Wind gusts may intensify. In the middle of the week, nighttime temperatures will range from +5 to +10, and daytime temperatures won’t be much warmer—only from +10 to +16.
In the second half of the workweek, the weather will not change significantly. Atmospheric fronts will bring inclement weather. On Thursday, September 24, rain and thunderstorms will occur across nearly the entire country. Nighttime temperatures will range from +4 to +9 degrees, and daytime temperatures from +7 to +12.
By Friday, September 25, it will not, unfortunately, get any warmer. The center of a Baltic cyclone will be positioned over the country, so it will be cloudy, rainy, and windy. Fog will intensify at night and in the morning, with visibility dropping to 500 meters. However, nighttime temperatures will be slightly warmer: from +7 to +12 degrees, and daytime highs will range from +8 in the Vitebsk region to +13 in the Brest and Grodno regions.
However, by the last weekend of September, the weather will begin to improve.
“Calm, moderately warm, and comfortable weather by autumn standards is expected,” Ryabov forecasts.
On Saturday, September 26, it will be cloudy with some sunny spells, but brief showers are possible in some areas. Overnight temperatures will range from +5 to +10, and daytime temperatures will range from +9 in western Belarus to +15 in the east.
On Sunday, September 27, the influence of a high-pressure system will persist. Therefore, as on Saturday, it will be cloudy with brief, localized showers. Thick fog will return at night and in the morning. Nighttime temperatures will range from +4 to +9 degrees, and daytime temperatures from +12 to +17.
