An expert on Russian elections and regional politics Alexander Kyniev was detained in Moscow. He has been charged with the illegal production, sale, or shipment of drugs on a large scale (clause “d” of Part 4 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code), according to “Mediazona”.
